Glamping at Stackpole Under the Stars
This is glamping in Pembrokeshire at its most stylish. We have five glamping accommodations, bordered by open National Park countryside and National Trust woodland. Stackpole Under The Stars is a real rural retreat where you can choose to stay off-grid in one of our two beautiful handmade yurts, our two 7-person safari tents, or try our luxury glamping pod with electric hook-up and its own bathroom.
Each glamping pitch has its own outdoor chairs and a covered picnic table with gas hob for cooking out under cover. You’ll also have a large, hand-forged iron fire-pit, complete with grill rack and hot plate for that full Welsh breakfast or sizzling barbecue.
DOGS: We welcome a maximum of two dogs in each glamping accommodation and dogs must stay on their leads on the campsite. Please see our FAQs if you have a query about your dog.
Handmade Yurts
It’s a truly special experience to lie gazing up at the night sky through the central roof wheel of one of our handmade yurts. Each one is a thing of beauty. Our traditional Turkmen yurts are luxurious for two, or will comfortably sleep four, in a main double bed and two singles. Off-grid, the yurts come complete with a solar power pack for charging small devices.

Safari Tent Glamping
Our Safari Tents are a popular addition to the campsite. They sleep up to seven people, making them the largest accommodation on the campsite. Our younger campers love the triple sleeper bunk bed. Bring your friends and family and add that little extra luxury to your stay under canvas. Off-grid, the Safari Tents come complete with a solar power pack for charging small devices.

Luxury Glamping Pod
Your very own little boutique hotel suite out in the open. Our luxury, en-suite pod with electricity is deluxe level glamping… perfect for those who need a bit of persuasion (and plenty of home comforts) to sleep under the stars.

The Essential Facilities
At Stackpole Under The Stars, we like to think of ourselves as small but perfectly formed.
Our 4 bespoke shower and toilet pods have a real wow factor (they often get mistaken for glamping accommodations!) and comfortably fit a small family in each one, while our little gypsy-style compost toilet is even gentler on its surroundings.
There’s also a tidy wash-room with a double sink, a washing machine, tumble dryer, a small communal fridge and small chest freezer for ice blocks. You can also dunk your sandy wet suits and swim stuff in the outdoor water butt and then hang them on the drying rail before your next adventure.
And that’s it. Your tent, van or glamping accommodation, a lush green field with a blossoming wildflower meadow and all you need to be clean and watered. Oh, and quick and easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world…
But we do also have some non-essential but fabulous facilities here on site too:
The Tiny Shop, our Wood-Fired Pizza Oven, and our Axe-Throwing Range.
The Environment
We are part of the Greener Camping Club of eco-friendly campsites. We are gradually increasing our green credentials. We use a green energy supplier and encourage on-site recycling. Swathes of our grass are left to grow into hay meadow. Its feathery grasses and wildflowers provide rich pickings for bees and butterflies. We cut it for hay in the summer, sometimes by scythe (when we have the strength!)
